I am a newly married, 39 year old female, and a survivor of the genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. I am currently based in Canada. I spent almost my entire life in school, thirty plus years. I have a PhD and used The Secret to manifest my dream job at a prestigious university, but I burned out in less than two years and quit. I now have enough time to write and help struggling students. I met and married the love of my life. These are the things that I always wanted to do but never had time for when I was studying and working full-time.

I have always been fascinated by twins and wanted to have them even before I knew we had them in my family. My dad died young, when I was only one, and he was the only one in ten siblings who did not give birth to twins.

Surprisingly, I did not get to see any of my twin cousins growing up; for all of the families, either one or both twins died young, so we don’t have any living twins in my family. Now that I am married, having twins is on my mind constantly, and my husband shares in the enthusiasm.

Today, I was listening to Rhonda’s live talk on “Dispelling manifestation myths and extraordinary manifestations.” As she shared the story of her daughter and grandson talking about seeing a snake on their hike, I remembered two big things I have manifested instantly in the past: my last job, which was a senior position at a prestigious university in a different country, and getting free and lovely places to live on multiple occasions!!!

So, as I was listening to Rhonda, I was like, yes, I actually know for a fact that it works. All I need is to keep that in mind.

Right then, I thought of giving myself proof as a reminder. I told myself that I was going to see a set of twins on the walk before I got back home. I had 30 minutes to manifest that.

I started my mission and carefully examined all the people I passed by, LOL. Three minutes in, I almost convinced myself that two young men I passed by were twins. But then I came to the conclusion they were not twins. I told myself to relax and that it would happen. After all, I am in the downtown of a big city, it is a tourist area, and it’s early evening in the summer. It is funny how many thoughts happen in seconds in our brains.

After telling myself to relax, literally, at that moment, I saw twin girls around nine years old. They were wearing matching outfits, head to toe, right in front of me! They were just about to cross the street to go to the other side. I stared at them in awe at how fast my request had manifested!! I wanted to jump up and down and scream, “It works!” on the street! I was so overjoyed!! I kept walking with a big smile in my heart and probably on my face!!

That was fair enough, but towards the end of my walk, I saw another set of twins! Two women in their early twenties. I stared at them to confirm my analysis, and yes, they were twins!! I almost asked them, but they were walking fast, and I did not want to bother them. It was very clear to me that they were twins, and I did not need any further proof!

This experiment made my evening, and it was a beautiful reminder that we are very powerful manifesters. We just need to use this beautiful power to manifest the lives we want!!
