This is my story of how I really got to turn my life around. My name is Apple and I discovered The Secret at a relatively young age. When I was in about 3rd or 4th grade, my mom started having my brother and I write down three things we were grateful for every night before bed. Later she gave me her copy of The Secret to read. I read it in elementary school and it completely changed my life. I later watched The Secret film with my mom and I was once again blown away.

At 10 years old I started manifesting my greatest desires. I entered this visual arts competition through my school and I submitted this drawing that I did in about 20 minutes. I ended up getting first out of everyone who entered that competition all throughout Europe. It seemed impossible, but I wasn’t surprised that I won because I just assumed that I would. Later I found out I was entered in a raffle through my school because I was on the honor roll. I ended up winning $500 and I was only about 10 years old. As I grew up I got caught up in life and wasn’t manifesting as much. I just started to accept everything the way it was.

Fast forward to now, I am a junior in high school and my life had succumbed to stress. It felt like I lost all control and was just stuck blowing in the wind as life just happened around me. I was not doing well in my classes and as finals came around, it wasn’t looking pretty. I thought I was hopeless until I was organizing my phone and I came across my audiobook of The Secret. I started listening to it every day, in the morning, at night, when I walked my dog, when I showered, basically, whenever I could. It helped me realize that I have the power to do anything I want.

I sat down and looked at my life and thought about what I wanted. What I realized I wanted was just to pass my classes. I had always been a good student but I was pretty much failing at this point. So I wrote down what I wanted as an affirmation. “I am so happy and grateful I passed all my classes this semester!” From then on I just knew that I was going to pass my classes because that is what I asked for. I did my homework and I still tried but I didn’t stress out about if I was going to pass or not because I knew I was going to. I printed out my transcript and I filled out my classes and the grade I would be getting next to them. I aimed for a B as that seemed more do-able than an A. So I filled out my transcript with my class and my grade. From then on I just felt the happiness and the relief I would feel when I passed my classes.

Soon enough the semester was over and of course, I passed all my classes! I ended up with a B average, just what I asked for.

I am forever grateful for The Secret and I am so excited to create the rest of my life!! I also got a new job that I love and I am graduating high school with my associate’s degree and I got accepted to my dream school!
