Here goes my story.

2012 was so not my year! All the bad a person can think of happened to ME! I was not able to clear my competetive exams. I made an average performance in my 12th Board exams. On 3rd May 2012, my father fell ill and his illness was diagnosed as liver cirrhosis. Life used to horrify me with something new each day!

On 29th May 2012, I was out of station due to my last exam. When I returned home, I was in a complete state of shock and trauma. I felt tears blur my vision when they told me, I lost my father. It was his funeral the same day. How unfortunate I was not able to touch him or see him for the last time. I was completely shattered and devastated. I use to agonize myself, sit in a corner and just cry. Reminiscence of my father use to come gushing down my memory lane.

And that was the time when my cousin gave me this book The Secret.

When I finished reading it, I was a new person and it took my life to another level. I started cherishing all my memories of my father and still believe that his energy is lingering around me.

I decided to take all my exams again. There are only two attempts. I worked hard and had only one goal. To crack the same exam I had last year on 29th May, as a token of love to my father. I learned that when life turns harsh on you, DO NOT allow yourselves to be affected by the adverse and negative thoughts of those around you. Rise to the upper chamber of you mental dwelling and key yourself up to a strong pitch, way above the vibrations on the lower planes of thought.

I could discern the transformation in my life brought by The Secret. If I was asked to bear comparison with my prior years feelings, I would say that The Secret has supplemented confidence in my abilities. Usually before my exams, I used to have appalling panic attacks. “What if the time falls short? What if the paper becomes to lengthy? What if any section consumes more time than required?”

BUT this time it was different! Before my exam I wholeheartedly knew that I am going to crack this exam. AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED! I got an exceptional score and more than enough to get admission into my dream college BITS HYDERABAD. People usually turn speechless but I had the exact words in my mind. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! 🙂

As soon as I dashed out of the centre I called my mother and exclaimed I DID IT! 🙂
I don’t remember when was the last time I was so happy that I could simply dance to the music of silence and sing to birds. 🙂

I was the happiest being on planet! 🙂
