Firstly, I would like to say thank you to Rhonda, her whole team and also to you, for reading this story!!!

My story starts 3 years ago, when I first was introduced to The Secret. I was in college, stressed about getting into medical school and also had broken up with my boyfriend of 2 years. Originally, I found The Secret to get back with him. But after a while, I realized that this was not true love. Instead, one day I wrote a list of all the qualities I wanted in a partner. I let go completely and just loved life.

Two days later, I saw an online dating app that really interested me, and boom, my first match turned out to be everything I was looking for! Sparks flew and it took me a month to realize that he was exactly what I wrote on my list. I had also a sign for a ‘christ cross’, and I would get goosebumps because it would come up in my life with him in the most insane ways. It showed me that I was going in the right path. But eventually, my boyfriend started Dental school while I was still struggling to get into Medical school. My negativity leaked and we broke up.

Looking back, this was the best thing that could have happened as this helped me grow into the person I am today. I let go of him and focused on myself. I got rid of my limiting beliefs and told myself I deserved to be a doctor. By the time interviews came around, I was so over worrying that I stopped caring. I had completely let go, and boom! Two weeks after my interview, I got into Medical school!! It was a miracle, as I had applied late and my grades weren’t fantastic. It showed me that The Secret really did exist.

Fast forward a year. I’m excelling in medical school, I love everything and everyone in my life. Yet I somehow would still always think of my ex. My true love. But I let it go and had moved on. Funny how life works though and I will list the next events that happened in order.

1. In February, I got a root canal, but as I’m scared of the dentist, I never went back to get my crown.

2. In August, I made a few new friends from a random hookah lounge. In fact, I developed a crush on one of them.

3. As I tried to get close to the crush, I actually randomly ended up getting close to his best friend, V.

4. In September, I got super adventurous in the city and texted my ex to see if he was around. He didn’t respond until the morning as he was sleeping. When I saw his text, I realized I was officially OK without him and didn’t bother texting back. I was free and what a relief that was!

5. One day randomly, a few weeks ago, V asked me about my exes and my main ex came up.

6. V randomly took my phone and texted him!!!! It is interesting in the ways the Universe works to give a push.

7. My ex responded. I told him about my root canal as conversation for fun and he invited me to come to his dentist office!

8. When I went to meet him after 2 years of our break up, all the love came back between us and we are now madly in love and back together! Definitely did not see that coming, but weirdly also did, as I had told the Universe he was my true love years ago.

Sorry for the long story, but this just goes to show you how literally life works in mysterious ways. The Universe will always find ways for your desire, especially true love. But I do suggest that you please do not look for a time line. It took 2 years for this to happen for me, but this time was the right moment. Also, sometimes you will need a push, let it happen and don’t worry!

Within 3 years, I’m a second year medical student which is my dream!! I’m back with my true love and I have amazing friends and family. Thank you Universe.
