So… like many, I wanted to “test” the Law of Attraction. Mostly to keep me motivated, inspired, and to increase my faith. I picked 3 things to manifest to cancel out any possibility of “chance.”

1. A yellow sports car (preferably an expensive one)
2. Something/anything having to do with giraffes
3. Someone wearing bright neon orange nail polish

I made my list on Friday March 14th, 2008…

On Monday March 17th my cousin (who I told about the tests) and I decided to have dinner at a Mexican Restaurant for St. Patrick’s Day. On the way there I happened to glance over into an empty parking lot. Well it was empty except for one single bright yellow sports car! I was so excited!

But that’s not it! After dinner we decided to get some ice cream less than a mile away at Baskin Robbins. On the way there I saw 3 more bright yellow sports cars! After ice cream I saw 2 more! That’s a total of 6 bright yellow sports cars in a one mile radius and in a 2 hour time span. No one car connected to the other in any way. Amazing!

Friday, March 21st I’m on my way to Good Friday mass. When I get off the exit, the Bronx Zoo is right there to the left. There’s also a tunnel that you have to drive through on the right that has animals painted all over. Of course what did I see? A huge giraffe painted on the wall! I also happened to look through my side mirror (the entrance to the zoo now being behind me). The small piece of the iron gate above the entrance to the zoo (that I could see through the mirror) had what? Two giraffes! That’s a total of 3 giraffes! Yep!

Saturday, March 22 I had a photo shoot in downtown NYC; I’m a makeup artist. While at the shoot I noticed the model had a Vogue magazine she was skimming through. When she was finished, I asked if I could take a look. About 3/4 of the way through there was a picture of a model in a nice silver grey suit wearing BRIGHT NEON ORANGE NAIL POLISH! By the time I got to the end of the magazine I saw another ad with a woman wearing bright neon orange nail polish. 2 different ads in the same magazine. Awesome!

To top it all off, on my way home from the shoot I was at a traffic light and… a super bright yellow Lamborghini crossed right in front of me! Bear in mind that I hadn’t seen another bright yellow sports car since the overload on Monday. It was now Saturday. Just icing on the cake.

3 tests down!! Mission complete.

So to all my lovely Law of Attractionists, have faith! As you can see I manifested more than one of each of the objects in my tests. It’s as if the Universe/God was saying, “Is this enough for you now!?” We can all do it. Put your mind to it!

By the way… I am so using this on my love life! Stay tuned.
