After reading The Secret I decided to make my own vision board. I alread had a cork board, so I cleard it off and put up pictures of things I wanted. Oringally on the cork board I had some postcards from my aunt. They were from Disneyland, Boston, and Montreal, Canada. I didn’t want to take them down so I left them on one half and the other half was my vision board.

Every moring I looked at the board and said outloud “These things are going to happen, these things are going to be mine.”

More then a year later, I was looking at my board as I always did and I was amazed at what I realized. The postcards were still there. I had just gotten back from Toronto (in Canada), I was in Boston earlier that year and my boyfriend and I were planaing a 12 day trip to California. I have never been to any of these places before I had read The Secret.

When my boyfriend and I were on our California trip he asked me to marry him. (I had a diamond ring on my vision bord as well.) The Secret works!
