Since I was 18 I have basically been in the viscous cycle of debt and pay day loans, in which no matter how many times my parents bailed me out, I still managed to find myself back in the cycle.

It was back in late 2013 I knew I had to do something. I had already been following The Secret by reading all the novels and continuously watching The Secret DVD. I also was making my lists of what I wanted, adding my gratitude, then making sure I was in a constant state of joy, which trust me, was hard at times but I got through it!

On one of my lists, I had written that in December 2014 I will be debt free. Then I took copies of each of my debt letters and wrote, “Paid Off, Thank You” and then a big smiley face.

I continuously looked at these letters and generated the feelings of being debt free, imagined what I could do, where I could go, and what I would give in return. I didn’t know how I was going to do it, I just believe that it would happen.

And it did.

Today I received a great sum of money that was left in my Nan’s will, plus more than what I intended in order to clear ALL my debts including loans from family members.

And now before I start my new journey in life in 2015 I have a clean slate and am very happy.

For anyone in the same position I was, my advice would be to always look on the bright side, stay positive and always use gratitude wherever you go and sooner or later you will start to see a change in circumstances.
