The last week I got via email the 5 day Practice’s Program from The Secret based on The Magic book.

The last day was titled Magic Money, where it said to be grateful for the money I had and have in my life. Also to write on a one dollar bill “Thank you for the money I have been blessed throughout my life”.

Being introduced to The Secret 2 years ago, I had no doubt in doing and practicing the lessons. I believe in them and try to have the most positive attitude every day of my life.

The day 5 of the lesson Magic Money happened to be Saturday. June 7 ,2014.

On Monday June 9, I felt the blessing of having money I never thought I would have. It’s not about the money, it’s about the blessing.

Let me explain:

I moved to USA about a year ago from Eastern Europe. Here everything runs by the credit score someone has. So I decided to open my first credit card in November and since I had no credit history at all, I got approved for a credit card with a limit of $500.

The bank said that after 5 regular and “on time” payments they will increase my limit first to $750 and that my limit will increase again in time, if I was financially responsible.

In May 2014, I made my regular 5th payment and no increase happened. I said OK, maybe after I do my 6th payment.

And then this Monday, 2 days after writing the the one dollar bill with the gratitude note, I received an email from my bank. In that email it said” I know that we promised you a small limit increase, but we think you deserve more. So we are increasing your limit to $2000″.

I was so surprised!!!

I was expecting $750 as they said at the beginning.

I said thank you, thank you, thank you!

I wanted to share my story with you and sorry for some grammatical problems in writing, but as I said I just moved to the USA a year ago and am still trying to improve my English.
