I had The Secret book for two years but didn’t really read it. Half the time I did not really believe it would work because it’s hard to believe something when you cannot really see it.

Fast forward to two weeks ago. I needed a total of $100,000 for my business and was kind of desperate because I needed the cash to pay my staff for the next two months. We can only expect money to come in from next January. I was home staring at nothing when something told me to look up The Secret on the internet. I then started reading all the amazing stories shared by others. I wrote on a piece of paper, “I thank the universe for giving me the $100,000 to pay my staff by end of October,” and I continued to thank the divine power for everything in my life. Then I wrote out all the cheques for my staff and all the other expenses required.

To be honest, half the time I was thinking, “Where on earth is the money going to come from? Is this a joke I am playing on myself??” But I had no choice. This had to work! So, each time I had a doubt, I started to write and show gratitude for anything. Even if it was something small, I would say, “Thanks.” That way, I started to divert my attention to the positive outcome I wanted.

I started to visualise intensely how my staff will receive their money. I did this at least three times a day.

Then, last Friday a friend dropped into the office and we were talking about winning the lottery. He said five years ago he missed one big prize with four numbers (in my country lottery prize is based on four numbers). I told him, “Don’t worry, the number would show up again.”

The next morning (Saturday), I went to buy those four numbers. UNFORTUNATELY, I remembered the numbers incorrectly. Sunday night, it came out as the FIRST PRIZE. I was totally stunned! That would have been the $100,000 that I needed. I was so shocked and disappointed, but I still thanked the universe for showing me this stuff works, and I knew it would work again if I asked and believed. It was difficult for me to be thankful, but I did it anyway. I just knew another solution would be on the way.

I did the same thing this week, still thanking and believing and visualising the cheques my staff will receive, and the money I will pay them. Guess what? Three banks called me out of the blue (one after the other) to offer me unsecured loans of up to a total of $150,000!!!

Thanks to the universe, I now managed to pull through to another year and continue to build my business. I am now a true believer of The Secret. I now know I can solve whatever problems may appear and I can achieve whatever goals I set. I can use The Secret to build my business, for everything I can see with my mind will surely materialise on the outside.

It’s only a matter of time that your wishes will come true, and don’t give up too easily. The universe needs to gather all the resources to make your asking a reality. Sometimes it will take longer and sometimes it will be instant, but it will not disappoint you, I guarantee.

I will now continue to visualise my business attracting customers every day, and how happy and fulfilled I will become. I will visualise and thank all the customers for their business and then in return bring in more customers for me.
