I have read a lot of life changing stories here, and to anyone who is reading mine, I am writing it not only to encourage you to have faith, but it’s for me too. I am just learning The Secret and just how magical the universe is! So this story is really also to tell myself all these good things happened!

I am a student in college. Well, to begin, I read here on this website, that one bad thought leads to another! And yes it does. The start of 2010 I failed a semester , I was unable to concentrate because of some family issues. My parents were getting divorced after 22 years of marriage, and it was extremely ugly at home. My father was hospitalized with a liver infection. I broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years. And I was losing all my friends around me. My life seemed to have overcome with dark storm clouds. And then I found this movie in my laptop that my boyfriend had saved about a year ago. I had read a similar book years ago, but with the movie, THE SECRET, it all became so much clearer. With real people talking about the visualization process, talking about their experiences!

With small steps I started bringing it together. When I came back home from college, as I explained my world was falling apart, I was sick of being around so much fighting and not being able to graduate along with my friends. I realized I needed to do what I love doing, I needed to design, career or no career. At the same time I made the iPhone4 my desktop wallpaper, I just adored the design of that phone. And out of nowhere I got two freelance jobs which paid me exactly the amount I needed to get that phone!! I own it now! I had faith in The Secret now, so I kept praying to the Universe/God to give me something constructive to do.

I did not lose any faith. And instead of complaining about the idleness and stress, I woke up early to take long walks on the beach. I just watched nature. I am quite a dreamer so I loved doing it. I listened to music and thanked god for this timeout he had given me. I wrote myself a check of the amount I wish I would receive so I could live my life in peace.

And out of nowhere, literally! I got a call from this firm I had interned for just a month a year ago. They desperately needed someone to work for them, and they were ready to even hire a student without the graduate degree in hand! They agreed to pay me the same amount I asked for and the timings were long. But the truth is I wanted to stay away from stress at home, and I wasn’t complaining. I realized this miracle a month after I joined the job, when my boss told me it was very unusual for them to receive packaging design projects, which happens to be my speciality !! I realized it all! And I was sitting outside my office in the lunch hour and I had tears in my eyes. The Universe took care of me!! I was sent a situation so perfect, even I could not have made it happen.

Slowly I manifested peace at home. And now it is happening, my parents are working things out, and have put aside the divorce! Sure there were low times, and there were times when I did not trust The Secret. But to whoever who is reading this, you need to know the Universe WILL DEFINITELY take care of you! You just need to have faith. And as Rhonda suggests in the book- The Power, you must find a symbol for love. My symbol was sunlight. And every-time it shined on my face, I just closed my eyes and smiled. Remembering that even if everything was going wrong, the sun remembered to rise today for me , and that would spread warmth all over my body.
And I also had the gorgeous iphone in my hands to remind me, that if I could manifest it once, I can do it again 🙂

And I did graduate! And with a whooping 3.0 GPA!! Now my next stop is reuniting with the love of my life, and I am ready for him to come back to me. I want to thank all you people for sharing your stories, and the entire team of The SECRET. You guys are making miracles happen!
