I had been job searching for about a month and today, as I was scrolling through Instagram, I came across a job site that I had never seen before. I went through it and then indicated an interest in a job that seemed really nice. It had very attractive pay in a very reputable organization, here in Abuja. After expressing my interest I was told I had to pay some amount of money to get the job. The person assured me that once I paid, the job was guaranteed. I was so excited.

Not thinking anything of it, I called my parents to help me with the cash and they sent it almost immediately. As soon as I got the credit alert on my phone, I tried to make the transfer to the account number given to me by the so-called job agency. I tried everything but my app kept malfunctioning for the first time since I started using that bank app. I was about to get worked up so I decided to take a walk.

While walking, I kept affirming to myself that everything works together for my good. I also told the Universe to show me the number 111 if the job offer was a fraudulent plot and to show me the number 444 if the offer was legit. After communing with the Universe, I felt better and came back home. Then I decided to call the organization that was offering the job directly. Before I finished talking, they already knew what I wanted to say and advised me not to send any amount to anyone, as they were not even recruiting new staff. As I dropped the phone, I saw 1:11 on my phone!

I felt so grateful. Losing money now would have been so devastating for me because I don’t have very much. I called my parents to inform them about how God had saved me from internet fraudsters.

The Universe ensured that I didn’t transfer the money by making my bank app malfunction until I gave up. I even changed my pin twice to no avail.

You guys, always trust that the Universe has you protected and know that things work for your good. Even the situations that seem bad are actually working for your good in the long run. When in doubt, just ask for a sign and let it go.
