I want to start by thanking The Secret Team especially Rhonda Byrne, and the Universe for my acquaintance with The Secret and The Magic books. These books have changed me and my outlook on life.

I discovered The Secret in a crowded bookshelf at a supermarket and the cover instantly attracted me. Being a bookworm I instantly devoured it and was amazed. I started applying The Secret to my life, though not religiously.

2 years ago, I was not even sure about what career I should pursue. I had a chemical engineering degree, which frankly I did not want to do, but at that moment it was my best option. However, as the course progressed I started enjoying more subjects and got good at it.

When I graduated college, I had only one job offer at hand. An IT job which was permanent and a white collar job that did not utilize my present skills.

Now, I knew from experience that I did not have a flair for coding or any sort of IT jobs. I had given a rather promising interview for another company. This one was a temporary job with hope of being permanent in one of the Fortune 500 companies in India which would utilize my Chemical Engineering skills.

Everyday, my family would sit and discuss the options. I started using gratitude for the job I would love and the Universe responded right on time.

I got called by the HR of the Chemical industry with good news when I was literally on the way to airport for the IT job!!

Still there was a doubt in mind if I had chosen the right career. One year later it became clear that the chances of being a permanent employee in the company was remote due to some internal politics and rules.

This is when I received The Magic.

Everyday, religiously, I followed the Magical steps and became so positive in my outlook. I was sure that the Universe would bring me a job which would make my family proud of me and I would love to do.

Within 2 weeks of following The Magic I got a call for an interview in a reputed MNC of my field, and within the next week I was hired with a pay hike of 4 times!

It has been 1 year since I have been in my dream company. I absolutely love the work, the work environment, and the access to vast knowledge.

And every day I am grateful to The Secret Team and the Universe for fulfilling my dreams better than I had imagined.
