This is my third experience after I started practicing LOA. I always wanted to work in the US. It was my lifetime dream to get a job in US and that too in NYC. One fine day, I got images of NYC and the images of me working as a data scientist in a reputed organization. I made a vision board out of it. Out of the blue, I got mail from “The Data Incubator” asking me to apply for their fellowship. It is highly competitive with an acceptance rate of just 4%. Although the questions were extremely tough, I somehow aced it. It was purely because of my belief that I would find a job in the US. During my last round, the fellow applicants were all PhD’s from Ivy League colleges. I was already grateful for being interviewed among such smart people. Within a week I got an admit!

Although I am working in a different country and I need 8 weeks off from work to attend the course, my employer was very cool about it. Now, I am going to attend the most prestigious data science boot camp and land up in a data scientist job in NYC. Right from the beginning I was very specific about the job I wanted and I eventually got to know the path to achieve it.
