It’s with much gratitude to the Universe, Rhonda Byrne and fellow practitioners of The Secret that I share my experience with using the law of attraction.

I was introduced to The Secret by my cousin a few years ago. I would passively apply the law of attraction to a few situations, but it didn’t work for me. Looking back I realized that my negative thoughts were the reason that I was unsuccessful at receiving what I truly wished for.

After reading stories on this forum regularly, watching The Secret and listening to the audio book almost daily, I began to think positive and understood the premise of the law of attraction. While gaining confidence from all of you who have graciously shared your stories, I decided to apply it to recover some money.

I wanted to start out with something small to test the law of attraction in action. Someone owed me $175 and while I had written to him regularly over the past several months, he did not respond to my emails. So, after sending him yet another reminder earlier this month, I decided to write that specific amount on The Secret Check with a date on it. I called my bank a couple of times saying that I am expecting $175 in my account and requested them to intimate me when the money was transferred.

Barely days after my doing so, I almost froze in my chair when I received a message on my phone from the bank, it was an intimation that the money had been transferred to my account! It was unbelievable.

I am so grateful to the Universe for everything that it has sent my way. I am sure I will write here very soon about the other miracles that have occurred in my life, thanks to The Secret. May everyone be blessed with joy, good health, prosperity and abundance!
