The Power Of Faith.

TexasI enjoy doing what I love the most, serving children with special needs and their families with therapeutic services aimed at improving the child's lives and empowering the parents to promote and improve the child's developmental skills. I have 3 beautiful daughters and 4 wonderful grand kids who I love dearly. I treasure every single moment I spend with them. I can honestly say that my life is complete and wonderful. But I didn't get to this point on my own, but rather. with the guidance of your book.
Throughout my life I have experienced many challenges and hardships but every time, a door would open to help me overcome every single one of them, making me stronger in character and faith. However, I didn’t really realize at the time the power of visualization.
About 4 years ago, my life was turned upside down facing painful loss. My ex-husband became abusive physically and emotionally. After a long year of separation, we ended it by getting a divorce. My youngest daughter and her husband decided to move 1200 miles away, which meant not having the opportunity as often as before, to spend time with my grandkids who I helped raise. My mother, who I was caring for, was diagnosed with liver cancer and died 3 weeks after the diagnosis.
All of those events happened in the same year, leaving me with a strong feeling of emptiness and asking myself, “Now what? What do I have left to live for?”
My nephew, who was then residing in Puerto Rico, invited my sister and I to visit and we accepted his invitation. In preparation for the trip, I decided to check out a book from the local public library to have something to read on the long flight to Puerto Rico and found The Secret.
There are no words to express how your book help me change my perspective of life and to strengthen my faith. Since then, I’ve been practicing every day the principle of “ask, believe, receive” and that has turned my life around for the better.
After a long year of loss, I knew I needed a change, a fresh start. I began visualizing living with peace of mind, comfort, surrounded by love ones, and doing what I love the most, working as a therapist for children with special needs and their families.
After a couple of months of visualizing my new life, I came across a job opportunity in Texas and decided to apply. A couple of weeks after the submission of my job application, the agency contacted me to schedule an interview conference.
To make a long story short, within a month of my application, I got and accepted the job offer, not only to have the opportunity to work doing what I love but increasing my salary by a substantial amount! My relocation was a smooth process and now I’m living the life that I envisioned 3 years ago. Last year, my son-in-law got a job offer in Texas and the family is now living 30 miles away from where I live; thus, I’m able to spend time with my grandkids again!
Now, I start each day by feeling grateful for all the blessings I enjoy each and every day, focusing only on positive thoughts, and expecting abundance and more great experiences.
