Years ago, I was in a very troubling relationship with my then boyfriend. Everything was crashing down on me, my finances, the stress and to top it all off he was physically abusive.

The fact that we lived together made things even more difficult. That was around the same time I came across The Secret.

I thought that by using The Secret, that I would be able to amend our troubled relationship.

I was wrong. It was not really about fixing what’s broke all the time, but finding the perfect match. The universe eventually made me realize that there was more to life than suffering in a relationship that was unhealthy and tiring.

Instead of getting the relationship fixed, it ended. At the time I did not understand why this was happening but now I do!

Around the same time I was practicing the LOA, there was a new hire at work. I never knew that this was going to be the man I would marry. We were just typical office mates when he accidentally cracked a joke that hit me hard. A joke about being “hit” by my boyfriend. I then revealed to him how true that was. When my boyfriend left me, he stepped in, courted me and I have never been happier!

He is everything I had ever wanted and dreamed of. We share the same ideals, morals, hobbies, likes and dislikes. Finances started to look up, too! We got life insurance, investments, started a joint account and now currently having our beautiful new house built! It was like a dream come true! To think we only started with humble salaries and simple lives.

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful this feeling of success is, not only for our relationship but things started to look up in work and finances as well. It was a complete package and the Universe gave me the perfect match!
