I am engineering student, in my last semester right now. Our college placements started and my dream company, Cisco Systems, was the second to come to the college.

I desperately wanted to be a part of Cisco family, but there’s a catch, I am from a branch of the college that was not normally eligible to sit for the company. But against all odds The Secret worked for me, and I was the only one who sat from my branch. There was a total of 250 students applying and I made it to the top 5 selected.

During the 4 days prior to the final selection, I was truly grateful for the even the smallest things that surrounded me. I must say the true feeling of being grateful is out of this world. Its like you get purified from the inside.

I put in all my heart that I wanted to get into this company. I created a vision board having all my pictures of success. I even put my name on a Cisco ID card and my photo on that card. I believed that I will make it. I focused on the happiness i will get when i make it through all the interviews. I believed and saw myself at the Cisco campus, working on the things that I love the most. Presently I am working at Cisco Bangalore and its just amazing how The Secret worked for me that day against all odds. !
