Today I would like to share my own story as a simple act of gratitude.

I discovered The Secret in 2009 not knowing that it was going to change my life forever. Through consistently applying The Secret quite literally every aspect of my life has changed for the better. My health and well-being improved dramatically. My fears and anxiety dissolved. I became a strong, positive, enthusiastic person and I now feel empowered and excited about my life and future.

In the past I was constantly getting colds, especially during autumn and winter. Over the last 12 months I’ve not had a cold. Not even once. Any time I start feeling less than perfect I say to myself: ‘Thank you for my perfect health.’ I don’t allow my mind to focus on what I don’t want. I know that I have control over my health and body and that the disease can manifest in my body only through my negative thoughts.

I used to be a worrier. I now feel safe and secure. When a negative or worrisome thought enters my mind I say to myself: ‘Everything is fine. Everything is perfect. Negative people or circumstances have no power over my life. The ONLY Power is the movement of my thoughts.’ I neutralise any negative thought with a positive one right away usually through feeling grateful for all I can.

My career took off spectacularly. A few years ago I started at the bottom in my company. I used to work in a big open office and although I enjoyed the company of my colleagues, I wanted to be out of the chaos of the open office environment. When passing through a corridor on the way to my big office I kept thinking to myself how great it would be to have my own office one day and imagining my name plate on the door.

At that time I was constantly listening to ‘Think and Grow Rich’ (by Napoleon Hill) CDs in my car on the way to and from work. The book teaches how to create a definite plan for carrying out our desires. I began to apply this knowledge. I decided to take the author’s advice and treat the company I work for as my own business. So every day I felt really grateful for my job and did my very best at work as if I was working in my own company. Very soon my employer provided me with new training and development opportunities.

Fast forward one year, a new section has been created in our company, I’ve been promoted to a new position in this section, I doubled my salary and I have an amazing boss. In May last year I was moved to a new office and of course it has my name plate on it. Most importantly – I do what I love doing every single day. Incredible!

My boss says that I sometimes scare him, because I’m obviously in possession of some magical powers.

My advice is; please keep on applying The Secret, keep on studying this subject as there’s still so much to learn, keep on practicing gratitude! Keep on keeping on! Persistence is the key to what you want. Your thoughts will manifest in reality, it’s guaranteed! The Law of Attraction is precise and infallible. And please remember that you have to give only 50 percent positive thoughts and feelings instead of negative to reach a tipping point and change your life.
