I bought a recycled notebook from a bookstore which has an attractive design that caught my attention. The real purpose of that notebook was to serve as my diary/journal for the coming vacation that my family and I will have.

After three months of having that notebook and coming back from vacation it was still empty, so I decided to use it as a diary, where I wrote my real feelings about those adjustment periods I’d been going through as a student. I also used that notebook to stick all the cut-out pictures I wanted for myself. Then I forgot about it.

One afternoon I had nothing to do and I took my brother’s audio book CD and I listened to it and found out why the title is “The Secret”. I didn’t finish those CDs, but all along listening to it I found it interesting.

After several days, I saw a book with a familiar cover and title. Again it was my brother’s, so I borrowed it from him and took my free time to read it.

After I finished reading and listening to the “The Secret”, I remembered the notebook I had. I got it from my drawer and as I opened the pages of that notebook, I was really amazed at how visualizing and believing works. Those cut-out pictures that I had stuck in my notebook really happened to me. I received all the things I wished for and wanted to have and the good thing is, if it was not the same, it was better than what I wanted.

The Secret really works! I believe that I was meant to discover The Secret and let it be discovered by the people around me. What has happened to me is just one simple thing, but it really proves how The Secret works, and I’m happy to tell that story and the future stories I will have as I am living with The Secret.
