About a year ago, my Mom emailed me The Secret when it was free on YouTube. As with most emails my Mom sends me, I ignored it because she usually floods my Inbox. That evening I went into her office and she asked if I had watched it. I said no – so she had me stand there for an hour and watch it. And let me tell you I was blown away!
I had always known it but never put it to use.

Fast forward to now. I am a dancer and have been since I was 4 years old. And lately I have been taking dance more seriously because I eventually want to be professional. The only problem is paying for the classes. Classes can be anywhere from $8 to $15, and as much as I dance that really adds up. Well I sat down one night and told the Universe (God) that I want to be able to take 6 dance classes a week. How in the world was this going to happen? I kept asking myself because I certainly do not have a job and don’t like relying on my parents for money because they are already paying my college tuition.

Anyway, last week there was a big workshop here and I said I was going to take it. It was $30 to go, and I also said I was going to have enough to take class the next day. Well I only had $40 to my name. I asked my Dad to fill up my gas tank. He couldn’t take me, so he just gave me money. I didn’t use it all, so I could take class the next day! THEN the next day I go to church and someone gives me $20 – more than I asked for!

I wanted so badly to take class tonight with my friend, and I kept telling her were going to go. I kept saying, I’m going to take this class – I don’t know where the money is coming from but it will come! And I visualized a $20 bill in my hand.

So the next day I start hunting around my room for some change. I have a bunch of old purses in my closet, and I decided to look in those. I found one purse with an old wallet in it and was about to toss it until something told me to look in it. Low and behold I found a $20 bill – more than enough to take class tonight!!!!! I started crying and rejoicing IMMEDIATELY!

The Secret does work! Now I don’t worry about how I’m going to pay for classes, I just say I’m going to take a class and it happens. There’s also another workshop coming up that’s $40 – I will be there as well!
