I am still reading the book, but have recently watched the documentary of The Secret. I usually finish a book in a matter of hours, but there is something about this book and its contents that makes me want to take it in as best as I can. Even before knowing about The Secret I can look back on my life and see how the Secret was working for me before I ever started working towards it. And now that my life’s motto revolves around, “Thoughts become things,” the evidence has become drastically apparent.

I want to share with you what the Secret has done for me, in just the past month.

First, my little sister was in a horrible accident, on life support, and in a coma. Should she come out of her coma, she was suspected to be in a chronic, vegetative state. Within a matter of DAYS from her waking, she was responding to commands, and trying to talk! She even tried to thumb wrestle me. It was an amazing experience, and she is still recovering at miraculous rates every day. Thanks to the deliberate cognitive thinking that she would live, and have a full recovery, and my encouraging hundreds of others to do so, the law of attraction, and synchronicity has helped my sister take a gigantic and unexpected leap on her journey to recovery.

Second, after seeing the movie with my partner, I realised the next day that I would have to go 5 days without any money, and that my gas tank was empty, however I knew that I would be taken care of. Through application of The Secret, and absolute faith, I checked the mail the next day to find a check that was more than double what I live off in TWO weeks!

Third, I have wanted a new car for some time, and now I even actually NEEDED one. I found the car I wanted, price not being an issue in my mind, made a photo collage, saving it under the title, “My new car,” and within a DAY the car was mine! I test drove the car on Saturday, spoke to my co-signer on Sunday, had my Mom agree to sign the title of my current car over, spoke to the salesman today, and on Wednesday I will be signing the papers and driving off of the lot in my very first BRAND NEW car. The title is not in my name yet, but it has been my car all along, I just had to take it!

Fourth, I own the beginnings of a small business, that has yet to generate any revenue, but already for next month there are 5 new clients that will need to be serviced, some of which will be annual, quarterly, if not even more frequent. I have been surviving off $50-100.00 a week for nearly 7 months now, and all my needs have been met, because of my faith alone. However, the door has opened up for me to go to work at a very exclusive salon and day spa that caters to a very wealthy clientele. I will be meeting with the owner to discuss my employment on Wednesday, the same day I will be getting my car.

These are just the big things… there are too many little things, for which I am very grateful, than I can name, but ALL of these things have taken place in the past week. Imagine what I can accomplish in a year’s time! And being only 23, I know that I have an entire lifetime to expect nothing but the best.

I have had all of the principles of The Secret in my heart for a very long time… innately present and pulling me through a life that most professionals have difficulty believing I survived (or at least to come out as well turned out as I have). But now that I know how to apply these principles in my everyday life, I am nothing but excited for each new day, which in itself seems like a miracle when less than a year ago I would pray nightly for God to take me away. THANK God there’s a time delay, because now I couldn’t feel more differently.
