I came across The Secret when a coworker and friend of mine kept pushing me to read it. He explained what it was about. At first, I was completely opposed to it because to me, it sounded like a bunch of nonsense. How could we receive everything we wanted simply by asking and believing?

That’s impossible, right?

Wrong!

I had reached a new low in my life. My on and off boyfriend and I were having a lot of issues in our relationship. I was struggling in my college classes and I was in such a state of negativity that my work started to suffer.

Well, it was no surprise what happened next. My boyfriend broke up with me, I failed my midterm exams at school, and I lost my job.

I didn’t know what else to do, and I was desperate. I wanted to try anything that would help me, anything! So I decided to read the book my friend had suggested.

I was completely blown away. I was in awe with what I was reading, what I have discovered! I decided to watch the movie, come on this website and live my life according to the law of attraction. I made a journal, read the stories on this website, and visualized every day what I wanted.

In just a few weeks to months, all I wanted came true. My boyfriend and I reconnected, started seeing each other and got back together. My grades in college skyrocketed and I got the job that payed more, allowed me to be social and gave me the schedule I wanted. I know that this was all because of applying The Secret.

Recently, I slipped into a state of depression. My boyfriend and I are on the rocks, again, and my health is declining. But I know that this is only because I have let myself live life on autopilot. I decided to take control of my life again. So now, I am always reading these inspirational stories, I am creating vision boards and writing in my gratitude journal and I am keeping positive. I know that the law of attraction will deliver what I have asked for just as I have asked for it!
