Firstly I would like to say a million thank yous to all the people who have shared The Secret with us and those who have shared their awesome stories here!!

You might have heard about the water experiment. It’s actually the experiment where the structure of water changes as per your emotions. A similar experiment was performed with boiled rice.

Well, I performed a similar experiment with money and I call it the “Thank You Money Box” experiment.
What I did was I placed Rs 650 in it. This 650 Rs was the free money that I got from some sources, like my grandfather gave me 500 Rs when I visited him a week back, 150 Rs was given to me by my friend yesterday, just like that. I consider this money as free money. I placed a thank you sticker around my box. Every day I used to say thank you to the money inside the box and feel love and gratitude for it. In this time span, whatever money I used to get as “free” I would keep in this box and give thank you feelings to it.

So after a month I opened this box and counted the money and it came out to be 1370 Rs! Slightly more than double!

This experiment proves that gratitude actually works and whatever we are grateful for definitely increases!! Viola, awesome!! My faith in gratitude has increased enormously!

And hey, today I just found out that I will be receiving Rs 5000 as a gift by a relative who was not able to make it to my wedding in Feb this year. Since I am getting this money completely free of cost I consider this free money as a result of my thank you feelings. Yeah, gonna add that to my box!

I am going to continue this thank you money box journey at least till end of this year and will see how much free money I am going to collect!
