I watched The Secret movie three years back in another company, but I did not put it into practice. Two weeks ago my leader played the same movie. I thought to myself, “Could this be that God is showing me the second time and wants me to put this into practice for real?” I believe it is.

I am good at asking, but the hardest part was to believe it, that good things will come and I will receive them. That is why the good things I asked for did not come true, just because I did not believe it! One example is I asked on 10 October 2009 that when I went visiting my relatives for Hari Raya, they will ask me where I work and what I do at work. None of them asked me that day, instead I was the one who told them where I work and what work I do. Then I began to ponder whether The Secret really works? I read many inspirational true stories but why didn’t anything come true that I had asked for?

The next day, on 11 October 2009 afternoon, I read another true story here to convince myself about The Secret. I even wrote in my personal diary on my laptop. While I was typing, something was telling me, I think it’s my inner voice talking to me, that I am the “problem” that has been making all those good things not come true. Suddenly I paused for quite some time, I think about 5 minutes, and I cried. I realised, this time truly realised, that I have not been grateful for what I have. I doubt God for so many reasons. I know I can do something but I doubt that I can do it. All because I was in greed, jealousy, envy, holding grudges, all those bad feelings. I continued writing in my diary and ended off with a big smile and contentment.

I think back to the thought I had asked yesterday. I feel the abundance around me. Endless abundance! I believed my wish will come true on this very day.

So in the late afternoon, as my family and I were on the way visiting the first house, I actually asked, “I’m hungry. I want food”. To my surprise, my relative served food! And it was delicious! My wish came true! Abundance, abundance! Thank You. Then, in late evening, after visiting a lot of houses, one relative asked me, “Nita, where are you working now? As what?” I couldn’t believe my ears! My wish came true!

Thank YOU!!! I’m totally happy! Since then, I believed that The Secret is REAL. I’m very excited to ask for more.
