March 1, 2010, my partner gave me The Secret book. As I started reading it, I just got more and more interested with The Secret. I was more and more thankful for everything that I have, even for the smallest things like being able to get up in the morning and able to see the beautiful streets outside my window.

The most interesting part of the book was how to attract money into my life! Last March 23, 2010, I printed out the Blank Cheque of the Universe and wrote my name with the amount of 1,000,000.00 AED. I’ve stuck it on my mirror where I look at it every day and imagine what I will spend with it. I make it a point to feel good and very excited!

On June 2, 2010, two days after my birthday, a friend sent me a message and said that I have another birthday surprise. She asked me to contact her husband in the accounts department of the hotel where I used to work, because I have a cheque for my final settlement which I forgot to collect 3 years ago when I left the company! So I called him and confirmed that I have a cheque worth 5,000 AED! I was so happy, I was not expecting this to happen but it did.

As far as I remember, I have already collected whatever was left for me when I left my previous job. I thought that it was the Universe that was working! It’s true, don’t ask how it will come to you, just believe!
