My youngest daughter and I watched The Secret on Sunday afternoon. I was very intrigued by the subject matter and thought that I could put it to the test.

My oldest is going to college in the fall, and I did not even have enough money in my checking account to pay her deposit. That Monday morning I woke up and before my feet hit the floor I ran through all of the things in my life that I am grateful for. I felt great! I listened to music on my commute to work, and concentrated on the abundance in my life. I found myself in an excellent mood. This excited me because I have been so down about my financial situation.

I followed the same routine on Tuesday morning and had another great day. When I arrived home Tuesday evening I saw that there was a check in the mail from the government. It was a tax refund check. This was shocking to me, because my husband and I were waiting until April 15 to pay the money that my accountant calculated that we owed the IRS. Turns out that there was a mistake in the accountant’s calculation and the IRS caught it and fixed it!!!!

This money showed up in our mailbox two days after watching and implementing The Secret!!! I am now a firm believer. Thank you for this information!
