Texas, USAA Ph.D. student on the way to becoming a professional mathematician soon.
Dear readers,
I have been using the LOA for a while and have been successfully manifesting my desires in unexpected ways. Albeit all of them are extraordinary manifestations in themselves but the story I am going to tell you here takes the cake for me.
I am a third year Ph.D. student doing research in mathematics. To qualify for my Ph.D. I have to continue doing my research and conclude it by defending my thesis. I have to first pass some written preliminary exams in pure math in which I have to prove/solve some math problems. Trust me on this, these are considered to be the toughest exams in our university. It takes considerable mental strength to sit for 4 hours to solve 8 questions from scratch, remembering theorems, proofs, propositions, and lemmas that I have studied ever since I started my undergrad days and up until now. We are given 4 options, 4 math subjects, for instance, algebra, geometry, etc. Out of those options, we have to pass a minimum of 3 papers to continue our research.
This May, I sat for two exams. Even though I studied with full focus, on the first exam I could not recall how to prove some well-known results/theorems. I became so nervous sitting in the exam hall. My confidence dive bombed. Let me tell you, I am an excellent student and have a kind of obsession with math. However, at that moment facing my answer sheets, the ‘impostor syndrome’ kicked in. I started doubting myself, feeling bad for myself and my Ph.D. advisor who had a lot of faith in me. Long story short, the exam did not go well according to my estimation. It was highly improbable that I would pass. I came home and could not prepare enough for the next exam which was to be held on the day after the next. My motivation was nowhere to be found!
However, the next day I purposefully set aside my shortcomings and started the preparation for the second exam. In this exam, I was able to answer some questions. Again, there was a possibility of not passing this exam too, as I could not complete the exam on time. After the exams, I did some introspection and told myself firmly that the Universe has my back and I have to be positive.
So, I took some action. I started doing affirmations and felt grateful every day for already having passed these 2 exams. I am always restless. Hence, visualizing is a little difficult for me. Instead, I downloaded The Secret Super App. I read the affirmations every day and in the gratitude section, I thanked the Universe every day for passing me in these 2 exams. I also drafted an email, which I sent today, to my Ph.D. advisor informing him of my success.
Additionally, I tried the 68 seconds manifestation technique which proved futile because of my restlessness. But, I used the 369 method effectively and consistently. I read The Secret Success Stories here every day without fail. I also watched a very popular Youtube channel that posted law of attraction success stories every day while I was doing my usual chores. These deliberate exercises kept me happy and positive most of the time.
So, here it is. I received an email from our department manager today informing me of my success in both exams. I was kind of shocked for a moment and I could not believe my eyes after opening the email. The moment I was waiting for so eagerly turned into reality! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Anyway, I want to tell you all a secret. I drafted this story long before the results day because I knew in my heart that I would pass both exams no matter what. Please remember when you feel like giving up, as some believers in LOA rightly said, “The Universe loves a stubborn heart.”
Before signing off, I do hope that my story will inspire some of you to look at any situation from all perspectives and take deliberate action as if you are living your dream already.
Magic dust to you all! Thank you, Universe. Thank you, Universe. Thank you so much! You are incredible and unstoppable.
