Six years ago I was working in a company. I gave my 100% to my work, I received very positive feedback from my counterparts. They were impressed by my work and had received awards nominated by them. I also received only positive feedback from my manager during monthly performance discussions. However, during the annual review when I expected the best result, I was given a lot of negative feedback with none being realistic. I tried to defend myself but it was in vain.

After a few months due to a system enhancement, they needed to drop one person from our team and they asked me to move with the reason being that I had the least experience. With no choice, I gave interviews internally and joined a new team. Though my new team was an amazing team, I was unhappy to stay in that company after what had happened to me. I did thank this company even now, for all the amazing things, wonderful experiences, good friends and great memories.

After a few months, I sent my resignation letter to my manager even though I had no other job lined up. I did have a strong belief that I would get another job in the best company for me. I had a very strong belief about that and trust me, not a single negative thought passed through my mind, despite knowing how important my job is to me.

Guess what?! In just one month I got selected in another company close to the same company and so I had a job ready before I even left my company. Today I am very, very happy in my new company and my work is always recognized.

I feel so happy that I applied the LOA even before knowing what it is. After learning about the LOA I manifested more things on purpose and have a lot more to manifest.
