I have always had clear skin even through my teenage years. When I started to approach 30 my older brother developed acne. It started to make me think about my own skin and I wondered would the same thing happen to me. Around the same time I started taking some workout classes. This got me thinking about developing spots on my back due to sweat.

Of course you know where this is going. Within weeks I started to develop spots on my neck and back. I became very concerned with them and every morning when I woke up I would go straight to the mirror and check on my skin. After some time, different creams and facials I decided enough was enough. I had read and used The Secret in the past, so I decided to use it once again to rid me of my skin issues. I started to visualize my perfect skin. I downloaded pictures onto my iPad of perfect skin. Every morning and night I would sing to myself that I was so happy about my beautiful skin.

Within two weeks my skin started to improve. I now have my old perfect complexion back.

I am now going to start focusing on my perfect weight and know I will succeed, I will post on this site again soon with my perfect weight story.
