I would like to first thank Rhonda Byrne for The Secret and The Power. Then I would like to thank the universe for everything it has brought me.

My story begins a week ago when my 5 year old Dachshund named Ginger suddenly lost her energetic vivacious ways. Ginger is known throughout my house as the leader of the pack, always willing to have a snack or run after balls. Saturday morning I noticed that my sweet little girl was not too interested in doing any of the activities she liked. A day went by and nothing, no improvement.

So Monday came and I took her to the doctor. My worst fear came true. She had a very bad back injury and the doctor informed me to watch her closely. Doxies are known for these injuries and I immediately thought the worst.

As days went by my worries grew, I became increasingly sad. Wrong move. I read one story in particular from The Secret website, entitled “Rosie healed” and I realized I had been going about the situation all wrong. That story, along with listening to The Power showed me what I had to do in order to get my Ginger back.

Immediately I held her in my arms and told her over and over that I loved her. I visualized her in perfect health and I thanked the universe for her perfect health.

No joke, in about 20 minutes she got up on her own and began running around. My mother was astonished and I told her you are not going to believe what I just read to help Ginger.

I have always used The Secret to get what I wanted and this is another amazing example that the mind is a very powerful thing.
