Hi!

This is the first time I am writing here since this is the place I went to for help with my latest manifestation. I want to express my sincere thank you to everyone who shared their story about selling their houses.

I managed to manifest our dream home next to the ocean but our old home needed to be sold and we had a bit of a struggle with this. I believe it is because we worried we wouldn’t get our money back after putting a lot of work into the house. We had some setbacks, the first of which was being late to put the house out on the market because of all the people we were depending on. The photographer, stylist, etc were late. Then like five minutes after the open house where we had a good turnout, our neighbors put their house on the market as well. We assumed it was to confuse our buyers. We had a lot of people that seemed interested but no bids came in. We managed to squeeze out a really low bid that was going to set us back big time.

I was really starting to worry at that point and then suddenly I remembered The Secret. I read some of my favorite parts of the book but felt it was not enough. I needed something more concrete when it comes to house selling. I found the stories on this site and was so thankful I did! A lot of you put your wonderful success stories here about how you managed to sell your houses! So both my husband and I started to act, feel, and think differently. We thanked our house for all the great memories we had there. I would walk around and touch the walls and thank the house. I imagined the buyers in the house doing all the great things we were doing, like having dinner with friends, barbecuing, enjoying the hot tub, laughing, loving, and living in the house. I sincerely wished all the best feelings for them in our house and all the best experiences. I kept on thanking the house for everything we had experienced there.

Only a couple of days went by as more and more bids started to come in. We passed the price point where we started earning money on the sell but I felt it in my heart that it wasn’t enough to compensate for all the hard work we had done. Then we suddenly got another call from a new bidder that wanted to see the house right away. We managed to get a couple of more bids and ended up with a really good return that let us buy all new furniture for our new, beautiful house by the ocean.
