I work as a part-time teacher assistant, and was getting quite worried with the education crisis we are facing today. Having quite an amount of debt on my credit cards and no savings, my only solution I thought would be getting the job for the summer… an additional month of work. I summited my application hours after the positions opened. Weeks later I went to the human resources office only to find out I was not hired because priority was given to those assistants with seniority. I was sad!

About two weeks later I bought the book and video. I started focusing on the things I wanted instead of those that depressed and worried me. Last night I thought just how much of a help it could be if I had been hired for one more month of work. Today I went to check my mail in the office, picked up my check, and had an additional letter in my box saying that I had been hired for the summer job. I knew that it had been because of “The Secret”, as I had been applying what I learned. Although I still “need” more money I know that it is on its way! Thank you! Thank you!
