Round Table Of Thanks Yous At Dinner Time
I started to apply the day by day exercises of The Magic book a few months ago.
It works really well for me and I wanted to find a way to get my 3 young kids and wife into the game.
Last month I started to ask each of my kids to say thank you for something that happened that day at school or at the kids garden or at home. I explained very briefly that the more you say thank you, the more you are going to get.
At first they were saying thank you for the candy or the treats they got that day but now they are more profound and come up with things like “Thank you for the bicycle ride” or Thank you for what I did with mom or dad” or yesterday my little 4 year old said “Thank you for the love you are giving me mommy and daddy”.
Isn’t it sweet!!
Thank you for The Magic book.
You are bringing love into my house everyday!
