Thank you Rhonda and The Secret team for sharing this very valuable knowledge with the world!!! It’s amazing how you can transform your life with LOA!! I started listening to the LOA on audio tapes about 9 months ago and have seen many miracles happen but I wanted to share this most recent experience.

Here’s my story:

I purchased a pair of boots for the fall season almost 3 months ago. After approximately 2 months of wearing them I noticed the boots started to lose their shape but only around my ankles which did not look attractive. The weather had changed so it was time for warmer boots. I packed away my new, riding boots that were now out of shape and thought to myself what a waste of money.

Shortly after the new year, the condition of my boots starting bothering me and I wondered what I could do to get them repaired or replaced. I took them to a local shoe maker and he said nothing could be done. Next I went back to the store where I purchased them and explained my situation to the sales associate. She said there was nothing she could do for me. By this time I was depressed but determined that someone could help me get these boots replaced!!

I decided to call the company’s customer service hotline and again to no avail. But as I was talking to each of the customer service reps (4 in total), I kept writing down on a piece of paper “I will get my boots replaced for free.”

A few days later as a last resort, I packed up my boots and went back to the store where I bought them. (note: it was now approaching 3 months since I purchased the boots and had already worn them). I asked for the store manager and I explained my situation.

She said she would gladly exchange my boots for another pair!

I could not believe my ears!! She checked the inventory and my size was available!!! She did the exchange for me and it was discovered the boots were now on clearance so I even got a $30.00 credit back on my credit card for price difference!!!

Although I encountered obstacles with the customer service reps and the 1st sales associate, I kept calm and kept faith that I would get my boots replaced for free, and I most certainly did!!

The LOA works!!!!! Have faith and believe and you will have whatever you want!!!
