The first time I heard about The Secret I was highly skeptical. I was afraid that it was some sort of occult and that I would be going against God in some way. I was informed by a friend that it’s not going against him, that it is actually “Him”. In her religion, she truly believes in “the Universe” and “Mother Nature” and told me it would be alright. Once I started to practice some of the things that the book was describing to me, I couldn’t believe what happened next!

A $500.00 bill was paid for me, when I needed gas in my car my dad or someone would just be there to put it in my tank, and everyday I felt amazing. I ended up losing my faith along the way because things seemed to just pop up that weren’t apart of The Secret. Then I found that the tools and lessons were a DAILY practice so that when small turbulence would pop up in everyday life, I could let it go because there was always something BETTER that came up in the end. Whether it was a lesson in strength, self discipline, or a lesson of the heart.

I’m practicing The Secret again as well as starting a renewed faith in my Lord and Savior. I have a clear mind of all of the things I WANT this year and I’m happy knowing that they will be presented to me in the way that God/”The Universe” sees the best way to give it to me.. I’m hoping to win $250,000.00 from the lottery, HOWEVER, if God/”The Universe” see necessary to give it to me in some other form, then I will gladly accept it 🙂
