I have been listening to the audio version of The Power over the last two weeks and last night I listened to the last 45 minutes of it before going to bed.
When I awoke this morning I was in a half asleep state when the following realizations struck me so profoundly that I had to write them down:
“I am like a pipe through which water flows. The more that flows out, the more that must flow in to replace it. Love is the water…”
“Humanity is like a fountain with billions of jets. Each of us must open the flow of Love for the fountain to be truly beautiful.”
“As we open ourselves to the flow of Love it will encourage those around us to do the same, and thus become a larger and larger wave that will sweep over the planet.”
Later in the day, as I reread what I had written, I thought that surely I had heard or read these analogies before, but they were so striking when they came to me that I felt the need to send them on.
While thinking about these observations, the following also comes to mind:
Our minds are like a valve on the pipe. We must consciously choose to think and feel Love in order for it to flow through us.
The great thinkers, philosophers, and prophets have been like individual jets on the fountain of humanity. They have been the soloists that lead by example. As we approach the “tipping point” it is time for the chorus (the rest of humanity) to join in. The crescendo is building!
Rhonda’s rule of 51% for the individual must also apply to humanity as a whole. Just as an individual reaches a “tipping point” when they achieve feeling Love more than 51% of the time, so too will humanity as a whole. Once the “tipping point” is passed the wave of Love will be self perpetuating and grow ever larger. Could this be what Christian Scriptures refer to as The Rapture?
With Love to All,
