Last month after rereading a couple of chapters in the book, I decided to put a request out there. I said, “Next month we are going to get $10,000 in extra income. I don’t know where it is going to come from but it is coming.”

I actually forgot that I had put it out there, because we had gone out of town. Last Saturday I was opening the mail and there was a letter from my husband’s cousin. This was unusual because in the 21 years we have been married we never received anything from him. I thought maybe it was a chain letter or something. Anyway when I opened the letter there was a check for $9,240. I almost fainted. Apparently a sick uncle had invested money and did not renew his investment so he sent all the nieces and nephews a check. Then I remembered my request.

I am so inspired now. I am trying for a new job and now I know that it has been waiting for me and next time I will be writing about that.
