Pulling Hugs Of Happiness.

I used to always come home from work and tell my husband what a hard day it was and how I feel bad. I would get a hug and tea and compassion and so I really developed all kinds of pains because I linked the hug with the pain.
Then I decided I would tell my husband I feel great and I want a hug. It was wonderful at work and regardless, I wanted you to pamper me. So I did that consistently and all the headaches disappeared! It was an example of holding pain that I was causing myself because I was not being aware of my thoughts. Today when I hurt, I tell my husband I hurt but I already see the healing and remember so many times that God healed me that way. Then I watch a funny movie or meditate or go to rest.
