Prayers Do Get Answered!

Cape Town South AfricaA married mother of 5. My first born son passed at the age of 23. A hard worker and a believer that all good things come to those who wait.
I had experienced the law of attraction in the past but didn’t realize what it was. I would wish for things in my life, even for friends, and they would show up after a while, even though sometimes I was just joking.
About four years ago, my finances took a dead end. I was diagnosed with major depression and was off sick from work for six months, and one of those months, I was hospitalized. It got to the point where I was not getting any pay for three months. That caused a severe financial disruption. We could not even apply for loans at the bank because we were now behind with our bills.
While I was waiting for my salary to be released, I got deeper into debt as we were getting loans from places that charged us 30 to 50% interest per month. We struggled to make ends meet. When my son died, we buried him using the loan money because the group schemes indicated that he was over 21 years old, and they could not release funds to us as he was also no longer a student. We had not been aware of that. That also caused another financial setback. We struggled and tried to pay these amounts with a lot of humiliation while being undermined and sworn at by those to whom we owed the money. It was hectic this year as we continued trying to pay up. Every time we would pay part of the debt, the interest also increased. There’s no end.
This year, I came across The Secret book, and I read it. Nothing happened. I still had hope, but sometimes I would lose my faith because of the pressure my family and I were in. Two weeks ago, I prayed to God, saying that I needed about R12,000 to pay for two more loans as the people I owed were closing in on us in November. Remember, I can no longer afford to pay for my car with the installment of R3026 per month.
The last installment was in March this year. I kept on praying and laying hands on my car, saying that this is my gift from God, it cannot be repossessed in the name of Jesus, and this is my last year to finish paying for it. A week after praying for the R 12000, another person I owed money to, which I had forgotten about, came to collect her money. I told her I did not have it and humbly asked her to please give me a chance. I would definitely pay her soon, but right now, I did not even have money to pay for my car, which could be repossessed at any time. And then I gave her a lift home along with my husband.
After dropping her off, we went to another person to apologize for not being able to pay her now. When we got home, my daughter said, “Mom, the lady you took home phoned. She said, please come and see her tomorrow when you are back from work.” I wondered what the reason could be.
The next day, I went to see her. To make a long story short. She said she couldn’t take it that my car would be repossessed and she offered to help me pay for it just until the installments were up to date. She asked me how much I was behind with it. I said about R24000 which is R3000 8 months. She said she was going to the bank the following day as she couldn’t sleep knowing that I was in this predicament.
On the 15th of November, she will finalize everything, and we are also going to sign papers with the lawyers regarding the payment agreement. I thank God almighty because now I’m not going to lose my car. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank God for Rhonda and her team at The Secret. Thank God for using Rhonda to remind us about his word and the law of attraction because when you go through life’s challenges, you tend to forget who you are and lose focus.
Be blessed, and know that God and the Universe will wonders for us.
