I think I’ve found a new calling for my career. After years of not loving what I’ve been doing, I’ve found something that inspires me and brings a smile to my face.

Planning, focusing and visualizing brought about a book. This book contains works from around the country by a leading authority in design. I found the perfect template for my career and business in this book. One week later, out of dozens of books and magazines and templates, the owner of my ideal project called me out of the blue.

I looked at my notes, double checked the book and yes – the woman who was the inspiration and patron of this project I’d been focused on all week was calling me. She wanted me to meet with her that day! She lives almost 1,000 miles away, but she was in town, 10 minutes away, and choose me to help her realize her new goals. How amazing is that?

Now, I not only have a great template for my new career, I get the privilege to work there every week as I hone my craft.

Then I went to work at another job, to do a very minor project, almost trivial. What I didn’t know at the time was that appointment wasn’t so much about the simple service request, It was about meeting a great and gifted woman, who I now loving call my Auntie.

God had a purpose. To remind me he is the master of the universe.

I was so inspired this week I did something I’ve never felt empowered or interested in doing. I recognize several members of my community, wrote them letters of thanks for their good work and how they inspire others.
