Hello!

I am here to tell you that miracles do happen when you believe! I used to be a very pessimistic person. I just didn’t think that good things could happen to me, and if they did, I thought “This is too good to be true, something bad is going to happen for sure”. So I never really allowed myself to be happy. To me it was kind of like getting prepared for the bad. If I didn’t expect good things to happen, I wouldn’t be disappointed if they didn’t, if that makes sense. I would think ” I knew it!”, so I wouldn’t be too disappointed because I was ready for that. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was the one attracting those bad things into my life with my negative thoughts.

Two years ago my life started to change in a way that I didn’t like at all. Nothing was going the way I wanted. I was complaining all the time about the things that I didn’t have, I was nervous, angry and I started to have very bad panic attacks. I thought “Why is this happening to me? I don’t want to feel like this”. I started to treat the people around me bad, I focused on all the things that bothered me about them and I couldn’t stand anyone anymore. I thought that I was so unlucky because I didn’t have the right people around me. I was stuck in my negativity and I didn’t know how to get out of that situation. But I knew I needed a change.

I started looking for positive quotes and affirmations that would help. I started to understand that I needed to change my thoughts. I never really believed in the power of the positive thoughts, but I saw how the negative ones were ruining my life. Crazy, right? Anyway I remember seeing a quote one day that said “When you want something, all the Universe conspires in helping you to achieve it” and it intrigued me. There was something about that idea, but I couldn’t really understand it. I immediately asked the Universe for guidance. I looked it up on the internet and saw that it was a quote from the book “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. I had heard about that book before and I knew it was good so I decided to read it. That is how I learned for the first time about the law of attraction. I loved the book and I wanted to learn more about the concept behind it.

A week after that I went to a library to look for another book that spoke about this idea, but I didn’t know what to get. There were so many books and I couldn’t figure out which book was the right one. So I asked the Universe to help me find it. I pulled out my phone and searched on the internet. The moment I wrote books about the law of attraction I saw this small picture of “The Secret”. I knew that that was the book I was searching for. I felt it. And, turns out it was the last copy they had.

I went home and read the whole book and while I was reading it a thought instantly came to my mind; “This is the answer, this is the way”, and I felt happy. I felt this joy and my whole body was responding to that thought. I felt shivers and I felt overwhelmed with gratitude and that feeling hasn’t left me ever since, it keeps getting stronger and stronger each day. I immediately started to apply all the things I read in the book and all I can say is that I’ve never felt better. It works. I already started to see results in the small things and I know that I will achieve every single one of my goals.

The most important thing is that I now know what what it takes to be happy and that it all depends on me. It took years and years of negative thoughts to get me into that black hole I never thought I could get out of. It took me only a couple of days of positive thoughts to make me feel happy and grateful for what I have, because now I know that this is what I need to focus on. And now the more I think about it, the more I realize that I have used the law of attraction before, without even knowing it. That’s because when I wanted something with all of my heart and I focused on it every single day, I got it, and I got it exactly how I wanted it. But now that I know it wasn’t just a coincidence, I know that amazing things are about to happen, they are already happening.
