Two months ago I found a large lump in my right breast. For a few seconds, I had thoughts like, “uh oh, I hope it’s not cancer” but I quickly changed my thoughts to, “It is benign and I am healthy.” From that point forward, I would not allow any negative thoughts and kept thinking that it was benign. That I am healthy and so grateful to be so healthy.

I saw a doctor a few days later and she said she believes it was benign but sent me for a few tests. I am someone who eats organic food as much as possible, takes supplements, and follows a holistic approach when it comes to my health. I was not happy about having to get mammography as the research I’ve done in the past proved to me that they do more harm than good by exposing one to unnecessary radiation. But I made the appointment and was concerned it was not for almost two months.

The day after I made the appointment, I remembered that I had read a book by a woman I respect who talked at length about her battle with breast cancer and how women should get thermography and not mammography. Thermography does not harm the body and can detect cancer as well. So I looked to see if there were any doctors who do thermography as it is not a mainstream test. Luckily there was a holistic doctor about 30 miles away.

I called to make an appointment and at first, the receptionist said that he is only in NY one week every month, and he is booked for the week this month so I would have to wait over a month to see him. But she looked a little further and found someone had just canceled their appointment for the following week so there was one available! I truly believe the Universe opened up that appointment for me!

I had the thermography done and he was 99% sure the lumps, he found another one, were benign. But he wanted me to have an ultrasound to be 100% sure. He made me feel even more confident about them being benign, so I continued to have only positive thoughts.

Two weeks later I had the ultrasound done and got the results I knew I would! They were benign! I saw my holistic doctor again and he gave me two different lotions, one to help heal the cysts and the other to balance my hormones as they are out of balance which contributes to why I have cysts.

Now, two months later, one cyst is almost gone and I know the other ones are healing! I practice gratitude daily for my health and do affirmations and have only positive thoughts for my health and well-being. My blood test results also came back almost perfectly! My doctor even said to me my results are beautiful!
