Passing my driving test with faith
Submitted by: Marcy
UKA mother of 3 perfect children, manifesting the life I want with faith, love and gratitude. I knew that I would be writing here about this one day!
Today I passed my driving test on the fifth attempt! The difference between today and the other failures was truly down to unwavering faith in the outcome, and belief that the universe WANTED me to pass!
For weeks I have been practising hypnotherapy, visualisation and asking the universe to pass. I took a test a month ago and almost passed, but messed up one vital part of it. I didn’t know where I was going wrong and felt very despondent. I wanted my licence SO badly.
That’s when I realised therein lay the problem. I was desperate. All the effort I was putting in came from a fundamental belief that I wasn’t going to pass, so needed to try to make it happen.
So this week I let go (easier said than done!) I asked the universe to support me on my test, show me signs and make them clear, and to help me have unwavering faith in the outcome. I used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help release the negative emotions and fears I had about the test. Then I carried on with doing things I love in my spare time – painting, listening to music, anything that made me happy. I had let everything go and had faith.
So today I took my test. I was nervous, of course but the relaxation I had learnt soon kicked in. I was completely tuned in to the signs and when I was unsure about anything, I felt a ‘nudge’ or impulse from the universe to act, and I trusted it. I felt completely supported and guided.
When the examiner told me I had passed I felt such deep gratitude and joy and relief!
I wanted to share this to help anyone else who is struggling with learning to drive. I transformed myself from someone who truly believed that they couldn’t drive, to someone sitting here tonight with a licence! If I can do it, so can you!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Universe! Thank you Rhonda, thank you to all those who have written stories here and inspired me.
