The story begins with my desire to go to the temple today, so I’d like to share the entire scenario. The Aarti ritual at the temple begins at 6:30 PM, and I live an 8-minute drive away. I left home with the intention of thanking the universe for providing an easy parking spot near the entrance, and then I let it go.

The road has a speed limit of 30 km/h, but people typically drive at around 50 km/h. However, the car in front of me was only going 28 km/h. Despite feeling frustrated, I reminded myself of my intention and chose not to force my way around the car. I knew that the universe was working everything out for me to secure that parking spot.

As I drove, even the traffic signals seemed to work perfectly in my favor. When I finally arrived at the temple, I noticed a person walking in front of their car and making a way for me. I was able to get the parking spot I desired.

I’m sharing this experience to highlight that in our journeys toward achieving any goal, we may encounter obstacles, just like the slow car and the traffic signals. But when you set your intention with the universe and then let it go, knowing that it’s already taken care of, there’s no need to worry.

Looking back, I can see that if the car in front of me hadn’t been slow, or if the traffic signals hadn’t worked out, I might have arrived earlier or later and would have been searching for a different parking spot. The person who kindly made way for me might not have left the temple yet. Everything—the car, the traffic signals, and the person who offered the parking spot—was perfectly aligned to help me find an easy parking space. I truly believe that the universe orchestrated every situation, each person, and every traffic signal to work for me.
