I am very happy and grateful for The Secret. It has bought so much happiness, joy, and gratitude to my family and me.

My life was miserable. I mean I had problems finding love, looking good, lacking confidence, family drama, I was doing horrible in school, it was way too much.

I first found out about The Secret early in December. My mom actually had the book a few months earlier. I was planning on reading it but I wasn’t really too interested in it.

One day my mom gathered the family, all except my father, to watch The Secret. That was a year ago. Now I am 17 and I understand The Secret a lot more. Before I was excited to use it, but didn’t understand it or how to use it. I would often get upset because it wasn’t working.

I first found out that it really works recently. I mean I knew it worked, I just didn’t really try anything big. Anyway, so I go to summer school and my mom goes to work at 7 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon, I don’t get out of school till 12 in the afternoon, so I usually don’t have a ride home, till one day I went to The Secret website and read some stories and I became excited and ready to use it. So I decided that I was going to get a ride home today. I didn’t know how or who would give it to me but I knew it was going to happen.

So I’m sitting in class and it was around 11 o’clock and I was getting tempted to ask someone to give me a ride, so I put my cell phone in my bag and did not pull it out until 12. Once it was 12, class was over and I went outside to wait on that ride. While waiting, I called my auntie and I told her I am waiting on a ride. She told me I wasn’t going to find one, and I told her, yes I will. While talking to her about The Secret, my teacher walked out of the school. It was my first time seeing her come out the entrance that she did, and I didn’t know she left the school when the students did. She asked me what was I doing and I told her, waiting on a ride. She said, let’s go.

I was in such shock. Like I was kind of speechless, but calm at the same time. It just blew my mind. I was in amazement. I was like, this stuff really does work, and I began thinking of more of what I wanted. I also told my teacher what had happened and she then asked me some questions about The Secret. She now wants to borrow the movie!

So I attracted that ride to me. Not only that, but she lives in the same neighbourhood as me!

I am so grateful for the life I live and my friends, family, and my lover. It’s a blessing, even the extra things in my life.
