It was year back when I was taking movies from my friend’s laptop I found the movie name The Secret. I saw the movie and I was just amazed to see how our thinking and gratitude can change our life.

But I was bit confused about how to start using The Secret in my life, and if it would work or not. But something happened that made me realize that The Secret really does work.

My mom was having some knee problems so I took her to physiotherapy classes. The classes were scheduled in an old age home. There were many patients, mostly older age persons, all were dejected with the problems they have.

One day one of the older women called me for help to close the door of the elevator. The old woman was carrying supports to help her to stand. As soon as I closed the door of the elevator she said thank you with a big smile and pure gratitude. The difference I found in her in compared to the other old people was that she was always having gratitude for everything. She never talked about her problems and she believed that she was perfectly fit.

A few weeks later I saw her coming down from the stairs. I was surprised to see that the woman that was not able to stand properly with supports, was now coming down by stairs herself. And the next day when I was helping her to set the physiotherapy machine, she told me that she is reading a book called The Secret and book has helped her lot.

At that instance I realized this was The Secret, and this is the way it works, and how gratitude and thinking can change our lives.

So whatever is the thing you need, you can get it, but first you have to believe it, feel it or I shall I say, you have to live it. And most importantly have gratitude for everything.
