I have been aware of the law of attraction for sometime now and that the Universe manifests everything we desire. But, I have not been experiencing it or rather, I have been experiencing all the things I do not want. I understand now this is so because I have been putting my energy and focus on them. My story begins with me moving to a different city to follow my childhood dreams of becoming a media personality, musician, poet writer, successful entrepreneur, business advisor, life coach and spiritualist. Now, none of this has manifested into the visible world but I know I have received them already. In fact, I moved on the 7th of February 2017 and as I write this it is the 20th of February.

Since I moved from home I am staying with my older sister and my 5 year old niece. My sister gave me The Secret on the second day I got here but I only started to read it today and I finished it within a couple of hours because I could not put it down. Since I got here, every day my niece comes from school and shouts ” Nokwanda, I got a purple”. And every day I congratulate and ask her “What are we getting tomorrow?” and the reply is always the same “We are getting a purple “. She is grade R so getting a purple star means “Perfecto” according to the ratings at her school. The first 3 days I got here she was getting blue stars which mean Good Work. After convincing her she can come home with Purple stars every day, that is all she has been doing. Every day before she goes to school we do our ritual of what she will come home with, and she does.

Today was different for me because she came home right after I finished reading The Secret and as per usual, now she shouted ” Nokwanda, I got another purple.” I just laughed because I realized the law of attraction was at work with my 5 year old niece. She has always been a bubbly child but lately she has become so alive because she is so proud of her daily achievements. She is now self motivated and blooms with life and a hunger to be great. This in turn has motivated me, especially after reading The Secret. I now have confirmation from the Universe itself that anything is possible, I just have to believe. I hope this story motivates many more people. Blessings in abundance everyone.
