I always worried about life and had a negative curtain that would surround my thoughts. I have a very blessed life, but I never believed that I was fully deserving of it until I began giving gratitude for everything that I had received in my life. Once this happened, I began to use The Secret to test if the LOA would really work.

My parents bought a new car in 2010 for graduation, it was a flashy red sports car and I loved it from the moment I saw it. But the winters in Alberta are quite harsh and it was becoming difficult to drive to and from school every day on roads that were never plowed. I was often getting stuck in the driveway and would never make it to class on time. I decided to look at some new SUVs just for fun. I had found one that caught my eye and I showed my mom just to see what she thought. She loved it! Soon enough, she started doing her research on the vehicle because she decided she was ready for a new vehicle as well. We began going to dealerships, looking for a good price and doing test drives. The vehicle I wanted was the GMC Terrain, and the fanciest one is the Denali version. I immediately fell in love with the leather seats and chrome exterior accessories. It was classy and beautiful. But I knew at $47,000 I would never afford it. I was a student who didn’t even have a job.

A couple of weeks went by and I continually viewed the vehicle on the online website and saw new deals coming about. I saw there was a student discount for $750 dollars, as well as 0% financing for 72 months. I knew these kind of deals were too good to pass up. It was then that I decided to look for a job. Being in my second year of nursing, I was able to get a job as a health care aid in my town. And because I am a student and essentially more educated then necessary for the position, they gladly hired me on the spot! I have now been working for two weeks and throughout these two weeks I’ve met with a dealership, found the exact vehicle I wanted, and have been signing contracts for purchase. And I am happy to say that I pick up my new vehicle tomorrow! I cannot believe how blessed I am for all the good fortune that has come into my life.

For those of you wondering how I could manifest this into my life…I have three simple steps!

1.) Be grateful for what you have already.

2.) Visualize what you want. I would picture myself driving
my vehicle, the feel of the steering wheel, the way it
sounded driving down the road, the new car smell. Use
all your senses!

3.) Believe it’s yours! I would visualize the car in my
driveway when I would head downstairs to go to bed. I
would imagine that it was already mine! I would buy
things like air fresheners and blankets that I would put
in my SUV when I received it.

Everybody has the power to achieve their wildest dreams and desires. It just takes focus. If I can do it, anyone can do it. I promise you! I am living proof.
