New Found Confidence!
Today I am proud to say that I have noticed a change in me. A change which is so important and that had been desired by me for all my 25 years of existence. I am gradually developing self confidence. This is a major breakthrough for me. I can feel the confidence in my bones. I am now loving myself. All this happened due to my regular meditation practice of 20 minutes each morning and evening and visualizing myself as a confident person.
I am really grateful to someone who showed me the mirror and told me to improve my confidence and communication skills. Now I am able to hold on my own in any situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
