I wanted to write and share my gratitude and love for The Secret!

When I discovered the principles of The Secret I was focussed really heavily on finding a new job so I could leave my old corporate role. I did a lot of work on really focusing on what I wanted to do that would make me feel great, what I wanted to achieve, how much income I wanted to make, etc.

I was also seeing a guy quite casually at the time and I was focussing on how I wanted our relationship to develop and the sorts of things I wanted us to do together.

The Secret gave me all the techniques to use and assisted me in always bringing my thoughts back to what I wanted.

Now to jump a few months… I have left my corporate role to work for myself in a business that I didn’t even believe was possible. I always wanted to help people and I always took on roles in which I thought I could do that, however I have never in my life felt I could assist people more than through what I am doing now!

I work in a business which is based in the personal development industry, and we use the principles of The Secret to achieve our personal and financial goals, so I get to practice this stuff as part of my business every day!! I am so grateful every day for this opportunity and so amazed at the process of the LOA. I didn’t realize how much I had been limiting myself with my own thoughts!

The other night I was looking through some books and found the notepad that I was writing in during the time I was focussing on what I wanted. I read through all of the notes I had written and everything I had asked for, I have now received!!!

When writing down qualities that I was looking for in regards to my new work, I had a list the size of an A4 page, things like working from home, working in self development, working with like minded people, and having discussions with people in regards to topics I was passionate about (now I didn’t even mention some of these things to others at the time because I was worried people were going to say there is not much out there in regards to that sort of work – limiting belief, I know!!!). Anyway, this new business has all of that and so much more!

In addition, I wanted to feel more comfortable in the relationship I had with the guy I was seeing casually, and I wanted to go away with him to my favourite getaway place. So I visualized him acknowledging me and inviting me places. Well, guess what? He is now my partner and we spend way more time together, and we went away to my favourite place at Easter.

I have so much gratitude for this work!
